Installation Proposal: Jackie is fascinated by zealous religious fervor. Her installation will be her rendition of a Christian-inspired religious basement cult where the body and blood of her savior will be served for participants to eat.

Participants were lead to a dark basement. Everyone was funneled into a cramped cerimonial space lit by candle light. The basement was filled with the Gregorian monk chanting and audio from a single channel video piece. Participants feasted on too sweet body parts until their bellies ached. Click on the You Tube video to watch a Gut Flora edited video. It was requested by Jackie to be included in installtion. The one channel video was hidden only revealing its glow and erie audio. Jackie's intention was to let the cult participants choose to observe and accept the strange truth of her envioment or remain captivated by her sweet blood and body offerings. |
